Our annual Holiday Decorations Contest has begun – Three winners will be determined on December 15, 2024.

The Board has approved a “Yard of the Month” program to start in May and end in September. One monthly winner will receive a $25 gift card and a sign in their yard.
Compliance is very important! Please remember to keep your yards and homes in good shape at all times as the compliance officer will be riding the community twice a month, April – October and once a month, November – March. Good looking yards and homes keep property values up and keep neighbors happy!
